Returns and Refunds
The India Cigar Club does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for the product/s purchased by the customer.
The customer is eligible for a refund before the product is dispatched from the store.
Confirmed order once placed cannot be cancelled.
On event registrations there will be no cancellation and refunds. 50% of the ticketed amount will be refunded, if intimated 48hrs prior to the event date.
