Espinosa Cigars\u2019 Laranja series is getting a new addition and it will begin shipping next month. Called Laranja Azulejo, it\u2019s named after the bluish glaze found on Portuguese decorative tiles, and also refers to the blue hues that accent the new Laranja bands.<\/p>\n
The Laranja Reserva Azulejo is made in Nicaragua by\u00a0A.J. Fernandez\u00a0at his\u00a0San Lotano factory\u00a0in Ocot\u00e1l, and is composed of a dark Ecuador Sumatra wrapper, Brazilian Arapiraca binder and Nicaraguan filler from various growing regions.<\/p>\n
Packed in 20-count boxes, the new brand comes in four sizes: Corona Gorda, measuring 6 inches by 46 ring gauge; Robusto Grande, at 5 1\/2 by 54; Toro, 6 by 52, and a 6 by 60 Gordo.<\/p>\n
This will be the third line in the Laranja series, which started in 2014 with the\u00a0Laranja Reserva\u00a0and was followed by the much darker\u00a0Laranja Reserva Escuro\u00a0in 2019. In terms of strength, the company says the upcoming Laranja Azulejo falls somewhere between the original Laranja and the Escuro.<\/p>\n
